3. Estimates & Pricing
We provide free estimates for most services. Emergency dispatch calls include a diagnosis fee. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions discovered during the work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 4 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
